Very good hotel, excellent location. Comfortable beds. Breakfast with coffee or tea and warm croissants—what more could you wish for? We will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting London next time. 😊

Stayed at this impeccable boutique hotel for only two nights, but it was enough to make me wanna return on my next trip to London. It’s located in an elegant and calm area, with transport links within comfortable walking distance and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. My main requirement for any hotel is cleanliness, both in the rooms and the surrounding area, which Melita absolutely delivers. But the true soul of this hotel is the staff. They are exceptional, especially the two ladies at the reception, Anna and Rose. Their service and friendliness genuinely put a smile on my face 🙂

Fantasic, every single staff member was friendly and attentive. The coffee in the AM was really good and they loaded us with fresh warm pastries in the morning to go. We were a group of 3 and stayed on the second floor, private bathroom and a balcony over looking the street. We had an ac unit in our room which was great! It was close to Victoria station and lots of shops and restaurants. We felt this was a safe area and had 0 issues the 3 days we were there. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
This is a family owned hotel. the staff is friendly, helpful, diligent, kind and fastidious. They can make recommendations for multiple, excellent restaurants nearby. It's a very good location in Westminster: 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. (Gatwick Express is there.) 6 minute to Pimlico station, 2 minute to bus a stop, 20 minute walk to Parliament Square, Westminster abbey, the Parliament buildings. the rooms are excellent and clean. Continental breakfast is with fresh pastries cooked there in the hotel and Nespresso machine. 5 minutes to a green grocery, chemist and green grocer. Wonderful nearby breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants. the room's warm comfortable well appointed. There were plenty of towels, but the staff would provide all that you needed. there was air conditioning was excellent. The room was very comfortable. i stayed in four other hotels this trip and The Melia was the best of all of them. It was almost like staying with friends.

We loved our stay at The Melita. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. They just got new mattresses and they were very comfortable. The morning pastries were some of the best I’ve ever had. Location was really great!! I can’t say enough about our stay. Just wonderful.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Victoria and with bus line 24 right outside the door, which passes through Trafalgar Square, the British Museum, Chinatown, and Camden. It's also in a very pleasant neighborhood with restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
The staff are excellent, and the coffee and pastries they give you in the morning as a courtesy are a very nice touch. The receptionist will answer any questions you may have and also advise you on anything you want to ask.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to London

Review for The Melita, London ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently stayed at The Melita in London and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel isn’t fancy, but it was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating — they really made me feel welcome.

The location is ideal, right in the centre of London and convenient for meetings or exploring the city. It also represents excellent value for money, especially given how well-maintained and friendly it is.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I have a meeting in central London. Highly recommended!

I’m often a bit skeptical when I read glowing reviews about hotels and “friendly staff,” but this time every single word was true. I’ve travelled quite a lot, yet it’s been a long time since I’ve met such genuinely kind and helpful people.

Everyone I encountered was exceptional, from the housekeeping lady, a petite young woman who immediately offered to help me carry my heavy suitcase down the stairs (without me even asking!), to all the other members of the team who went out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

A special thank you to Anna, who was always so kind, attentive, and ready to assist in every possible way. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and truly well cared for.

Thank you all for making my stay such a warm and memorable experience!

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to London Victoria Station. The hotel is near several restaurants and convenience stores. Taking an Uber from this location won't break the bank, especially if you need to rush to a meeting or other urgent matter. If not, walk to jump on the tube. The staff are friendly and ready to help. I will come back for sure.

loved our stay here, all the staff were very welcoming and lovely people. The coffee bar and wonderful pastries every morning were delicious. Room was clean and nice, was small but it suited our needs. Very close to train station that takes you to the Euro Star, just about a 4 minute walk away. Close to the Victoria Train station a 7-10 minute walk that takes you every where, with several food options and shops. The Melita is close to restaurants a short walk away. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it and we would stay again. Only draw back was lots of stairs, but our room was at the top floor, but we were out and about all day and only went up once a day in the evening.

I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean,
it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful.
We'll be back again at the end of October.
Thanks to all the staff.

I had a great two-night stay at the Melta. The service was excellent and the staff were absolutely wonderful and kind, especially Anne, who was so warm and thoughtful in our conversations. I also forgot my hairdryer when I checked out, and they kindly arranged for it to be shipped back to me safely. Really appreciated their care and attention. Thank you everyone at the Melita!

We had an absolutely lovely five days in London and staying at the Melita was a key part of our delightful stay. This is a gem of a hotel is a quiet, safe and very convenient part of London. Great walk ability and near the tube and buses. Our room was well appointed and very clean. But the best part was the staff. They were wonderful. The morning coffee and pastries were the perfect start to the day. And sitting in the “sitting room” with other guests was so delightful.

Terrific small hotel in the great Pimlico neighborhood and close to that station Easy walking distance to many sites if you're so inclined. The staff is helpful and kind and the rooms are kept spotless by a fine housekeeping crew. I stayed 9 nights, the Melita being one my best stays over 6 weeks in England. Can unequivocally recommend this to warm and inviting establishment to all.

I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff of the Hotel.
I went as a solo traveler, first time, and they made me feel like I was home.
The room and the hotel were beautiful and comfortable. And I understand that the missing AC was something that could not be changed, but ventilators were provided.
A huge thank you to all of you and I'll make sure to come back whenever I'm in London again! 🙂
XOXO

Travelled from Cardiff to London and stayed here for a night, really really pleased with our room, it was clean, the views were amazing and the service from the manager and staff were excellent. Made us feel at home and were so friendly, and accomodating.
I loved that we were also able to leave our bags before check in so we could make the most of our time.
Location was perfect for what we had planned.
I was also really pleased with the complimentary breakfast pastries and hot drinks you can either eat, or take to go.
Looking to come back next year and will most definitely be booking here again, I cant recommend enough!
thanks so much to the Melita for our stay and look forward to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Melita! We arrived very early and the staff were so accommodating — they let us in, stored our bags, and even had our room ready earlier than expected. Anna was extremely kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The family room was clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic: just a 3-minute walk to Pimlico station and an easy walk to Buckingham Palace and many other attractions. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in London!

This is such a cute boutique hotel in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. I have talked to many of our staff and they are all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to many bus stations and underground stations. Being waken up by the wonderful smell of freshly baked pastry every morning is the highlight of my trip. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in London!

We visited The Melita Hotel in London, which had an amazing location in a very safe neighborhood. We could easily walk to many famous attractions in the city center. We stayed during the winter, and the hotel was very warm and we never missed the coziness. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but there was an option to book a larger one, so that was our choice/mistake. Everything was always spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping, which impressed us greatly. The staff were very polite, and I would like to make a special mention of Mrs. Anna, the blonde lady at the reception, who was by far the most cheerful and always willing to help and talk with guests. She is truly a great asset to the hotel, and we hope she will be there when we return, as we would love to come back. It was worth every euro we paid, as we had a pleasant stay. I would also like to note that the hotel offered breakfast, which, unfortunately, we missed because we woke up late, but the staff kindly suggested it to us every day. I would definitely recommend it. Last you have to know if you visited that they are super markets near and restaurants. Just Amazing and cozy stay. Thank you a lot 🙂

An excellent hotel, and our new home away from home in London. Treated like family, super helpful and an amazing location. Lovely accommodation, and personal service of great Flat White coffee and pastries mornings were the icing on an already outstanding cake.
Amazing little hotel, loved my cozy room on the first floor, loved caring stuff, loved cute croissants for breakfast. The area is quiet and feels safe.

This was an excellent small hotel staffed by wonderful people. They were all so helpful with attention to every detail. The breakfast of delicious pastries and coffee was a great way to start the day. It is in a quiet location close to trains, shopping and restaurants. There is no elevator but staff was very willing to bring up our luggage.

We had a lovely stay, the staff was great!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the Melita is a small hotel but has everything you need! A comfortable bed, a nice hot shower and great location close to Victoria Station! Our room was small and it was a little hard to move around with 4 adults and 4 large suitcases, we got the upper level room so carrying our luggage all the way up was a little hard. Other than that, I recommend you to stay here. Even there is no breaksfast option they do have complimentary coffee and pastries and they were delicious, they bake them every morning! And the days we had to leave early for our tours, they gave us a bag of pastries to go! Thanks to all Melita staff for giving us a really pleasant stay!!!

Really great experience! Cozy living room to share your breakfast having a chat. It really made me feel like at home! Great position, well served. Surely I will come back next time I'm in London!!!
I stayed at The Melita for three nights and four days with my sister, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. What really made our stay special was the kindness of the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We truly felt at home and would definitely recommend The Melita to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
The Melita is a home away from home, Service minded, friendly great staff. Coffee and croissants served in the morning to take into your room if you want. The hotel is clean, has a great location near bus stop and a short walk to Victoria. The hotel also offers a discount on nearby restaurants for breakfast
I’ll definitely come back to this friendly hotel

We have stayed at The Melita in a 3-person room and felt completely at home. The room and the beds are comfy and warm, and have complete amenities. The complimentary fresh pastries and coffee were our yummy wake-up calls each morning. The highlight for me was the super sweet and attentive staffs. Anna was so kind since day one and has gone over the mile to get my friend and her son the same room when they stayed longer. Yamy and Dita who served us breakfast are also so sweet and friendly. As a bonus: top location with short walking distance to tubes and local restaurants. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget, comfy and well-located stay in London!

Very good hotel in a top location, very stylishly furnished, just a few minutes' walk from Buckingham Palace and BigBen, London Eye etc. can also be easily reached on foot. Otherwise 5 minutes to Victoria Station. Still quiet location in well-kept surroundings. The rooms are small, but as is typical for London, they are clean and have everything you need. We even had a small balcony. The staff is very nice, there is free coffee/tea/cocoa and a few sweet treats for breakfast. On the day of departure, we were able to easily store our luggage in the hotel after checking out. A very pleasant stay with very nice staff. Clear recommendation.
Good location and ideally placed for all major sightseeing spots in London - the palace of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, the London eye, Trafalgar square.

Good transport links are nearby with London Victoria station and a good number of London busses to get to other locations in London.

The hotel is lovely and lovely staff. This was a perfect stay vacation.

Loved this boutique hotel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to most of the popular tourist attractions. But the best part was the staff! Especially Anna at the front desk. She gave me directions and helped me figure out the trains to get to Heathrow. An unexpected bonus was having a staff member make you a hot beverage of your choice and a plate of fresh pastries each morning. Loved The Melita Hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
